Mediation

“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity“ – Albert Einstein

Conflict is a nearly unavoidable part of human interaction. Conflict can occur at the individual level (within ourselves), at the group level (within families, companies or social circles) or between groups (such as institutions, cultures, and countries).
Conflict can be dealt with internally or externally. But whether it is processed within or manifests externally, it is often at the root of what triggers us and occupies our thoughts and emotions, often causing highly emotional reactions.
Mediation is a method to facilitate conflict resolution, offering communication techniques and strategies for processing and resolving conflicts. As a professional mediator, I enjoy listening to others and assisting them in the conflict resolution process. In my personal experience, the process of conflict resolution also holds great potential for growth, as we learn about our real feelings, motivations, goals, and desired outcomes and aspire to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. For legal matters, I am often assisted by legal counsel and endeavor to achieve resolutions that bridge the personal and legal landscapes.
