“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious“ – C. G. Jung
The Inner Space Techniques (IST) are designed to help individuals achieve freedom from negative emotional blockages and overcome fears, detrimental habits, conditioning and other limitations. They are meditation-based techniques that involve self-awareness and self-exploration.
As a practitioner, I hold a space that brings clients into meditative states, allowing them to open into new levels of their being. At these deeper levels of being, the subconscious becomes conscious, repressed memories may emerge, suppressed emotions and feelings may arise, and blockages can be released. Ultimately, the process enables an individual to transcend the limited self and step into greater dimensions of being.
I have been practicing IST for more than a decade and am a certified IST practitioner. The Inner Space Techniques offer immense potential for personal growth on many levels. I and my fellow practitioners experience these techniques as highly effective tools for achieving freedom in the here and now.
Regular use of IST also allows access to new and deeper states of consciousness in meditation.
